TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Deposits can be made by cheque or debit/credit card. The balance is due on departure.
The balance may be made by cash or debit/credit card.
Cheques are only accepted if the deposit has been made by cheque.
Please be aware that we make a 1% charge on credit card payments (this is half of what we are charged by our bank). Debit cards incur no charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing.
All cancellations for whatever reason, whether part or in full, will be charged at full rate.
We do not accept amendments to lessen the nights without the full amount being due, nor do we transfer bookings to other dates.
Although we are not obliged to, in the event that we can re-let the room(s), the value of this will be taken from the total booking cost.
The same terms apply to a non arrival.
We strongly advise you to take some kind of cancellation insurance.

CHECK IN/OUT

You may arrive and park up from midday, but we cannot guarantee the rooms will be ready until 2:00pm.
If you have booked an evening meal, we need to have your order by 4:30pm.
Check out is by 10:00am on day of departure.

MEAL TIMES

Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:00am.
Evening meal is served at a set time of 6:30pm (incl. Sunday).
No evening meal is served on a Tuesday.
